NVSN Holdings LLC is a privately held, passive holding company owned and led by its two principals. We invest with a long horizon, oversee our holdings at the ownership level, and leave day-to-day operations to the people best placed to run them.

We do not offer products, services or investment opportunities to the public. This site is here so that partners, counterparties and other businesses can understand how we work and how to reach us.

How we invest

Every holding goes through the same four steps, whether it is a company, a fund commitment, a property or a listed security.

    Opportunities reach us through operators, sponsors, brokers and advisors we trust, and through our own research across public and private markets.

  2. Evaluate

    We study how an asset makes money, who runs it, what it is worth and what could go wrong. If we cannot explain the investment simply, we pass.

  3. Acquire

    We buy with a margin of safety and size every position so that no single holding can put the company at risk.

  4. Hold

    We own for years, oversee each position at the ownership level, and sell only when the reason we bought no longer holds.
